PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (“Terms”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING NOBA.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Digital Church Network (“Digital Church Network,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, governing your access to and use of NOBA, including our website, mobile application, content, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. ORGANIZATION INFORMATION

Digital Church Network is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE PLATFORM

NOBA is a digital devotional platform providing structured readings from scripture and ancient Christian texts throughout the day. Users receive access to prayers and readings based on their subscription level.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).  

• You will provide accurate information.  

• You will maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.  

4. SUBSCRIPTION TIERS AND ACCESS LEVELS

4.1 Free Tier  

The free tier provides access solely to the Noonday Prayer.

4.2 Paid Subscription  

Paid subscriptions provide access to the Morning, Mid-Afternoon, and Evening Prayers.

4.3 Billing Cycles  

• Monthly subscription option  

• Yearly subscription option (if selected)  

5. PAYMENT TERMS

By subscribing, you authorize Digital Church Network to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation. You agree to keep your payment method updated.

6. REFUND POLICY

All subscription purchases are final.  

Refunds are only issued if:

• A payment processor error results in a duplicate or erroneous charge.  

7. CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTIONS

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.  

After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You agree NOT to:  

• Attempt to copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of NOBA’s code base  

• Circumvent security or authentication measures  

• Use the Platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes  

9. PROTECTION OF CODE BASE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All code, content, text, design, architecture, and proprietary systems within NOBA are the intellectual property of Digital Church Network.  

You may not:  

• Copy or replicate any part of the underlying software  

• Attempt to derive source code  

• Use automation tools to scrape or extract data  

• Reproduce, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform  

10. USER CONTENT

Users are responsible for any content they submit and grant us a license to store and display it solely for operating the Platform.

11. PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Platform without liability.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Church Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Digital Church Network against claims arising from your misuse of the Platform.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
